It’s a homecoming for Lottie, returning to Kingsland after leaving London to chase adventures in Mexico, where she taught at an international school and welcomed her daughter and son, Lottie returns to Kingsland where she was a much loved Teacher and is now stepping into the role of Headteacher.
Lottie holds QTS and a PGCE in Early Education and has 8 years of knowledge and experience when it comes to the international, private and state sector. She will take any opportunity to get back into the classroom, where she still feels most at home. A passionate SENCO, she believes some of the most important skills we can give children are the tools to understand themselves: to recognise, name and respond to their emotions, build confidence and feel secure in who they are. As a parent herself, Lottie brings real world parenting wisdom alongside a genuine passion for early years education, something she is excited to bring to the everyday moments, big ideas and little adventures shared by every child and family at Kingsland.

Angharad joined us in 2021 and we truly haven’t looked back. Affectionately known by the children as Miss Harry, she is at the heart of Kingsland life and has a hand in just about everything! Wearing more hats than we could possibly list, her role spans every corner of the school.

Known for her quick wit, sunny disposition and ability to make just about anything happen, Angharad has become a truly cherished part of the Kingsland community, forming wonderful relationships with our children, families and teachers along the way. Quite simply, Kingsland wouldn’t be Kingsland without her.

Miss Grace came to us from Faulkner House driven by the innovative approach of Rocket in Early Years Education. She holds her EYTS and a BA in Early Childhood Studies, giving her a deep understanding of not only what lies ahead in future schooling, but how to spark a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. now entering her second year at Kingsland in the Tree Room, she nurtures our second years with her thoughtful and attentive approach ensures every child feels truly seen, heard, and celebrated for who they are.

What makes Miss Erin truly special is her creativity. Trained in Durban, South Africa, with a Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase Teaching and Honours in Educational Psychology, she has a real understanding of how young children learn and a gift for transforming everyday spaces into magical experiences. Her classroom becomes a world of wonder where children can't wait to explore, imagine and learn. Paired with her warmth, she creates an environment where every child feels genuine excitement to be there, as she prepares our second years for the exciting step up to Reception.

The fabulous Miss Kate gained experience supporting and teaching across both first and second years at Kingsland and completely embraced the Rocket Approach. Miss Kate is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to supporting the individual child and getting her class ready for the big transition ‘upstairs’. Her enthusiasm and can-do attitude infuse every class with a radiant positivity and genuine kindness.

A true Rocket veteran, Miss Vicky began at Chelsea Pre-Prep as a teaching assistant in 2009, later qualifying as a teacher. She joined Kingsland's senior team in 2018, bringing years of experience and, as a mum herself, real empathy for supporting first-year parents through this big transition. Vicky is a pro at helping children settle in, using imagination and exploration to build the independence and confidence that carries them into second years as happy, capable learners with a lasting love of books. She is at the heart of our Kingsland teaching team and we are so lucky to have her.

Entering her third year at Kingsland, Becky's passion for early years education shines through in every inspired setup and every spark of curiosity she brings to the classroom. Becky completed her Bachelor's Degree in Education down under in sunny Australia, where she also earned her Master's in Early Years. Teaching across the globe, including bilingual settings, gave her a rich, global perspective on early education and ultimately led her to find her true calling here with us at Kingsland. Above all, she's kind, warm and endlessly patient, meeting every child exactly where they are, so they always feel safe and valued.

With over eight years of experience coaching children of different ages and abilities, Coach Patsy brings a wonderful combination of expertise, enthusiasm, and calm energy to Chelsea Pre-Prep. Much of his experience has been within early years, where he has developed a real understanding of how to introduce sport and physical development in a way that is fun, engaging, and just right for young children.
Calm, patient, and incredibly kind, Patsy creates an environment where every child feels included and confident to have a go. As a father of two himself, he brings an added warmth and understanding to his sessions, recognising that every child develops at their own pace and responds to encouragement in their own way.
For Coach Patsy, sport is about far more than physical skills. Through energetic games, creative challenges, and plenty of fun, he helps children develop confidence, teamwork, resilience, and a love of being active. We are so excited to have his gentle nature, positive energy, and passion for sport as part of the Chelsea Pre-Prep team.

Miss Saffron started ballet lessons in America when she was 18 months old and has loved ballet ever since, taking exams in both ISTD and RAD alongside tap and modern. She is also a seasoned performer, dancing in numerous ballet shows, West End shows and school productions. After her A levels, Miss Saffron was offered a place at the Royal Academy of Dance, but she chose to study Performing Arts for a year to develop her all-round performance skills. In 2021, Miss Saffron took up her place on the BA in Ballet Education degree course at the Royal Academy of Dance and graduated after her three years of study. Miss Saffron has taught ballet and Performing arts across London, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. She is excited to bring her passion for ballet and performing arts.

We first spotted JJ at our sister school Chelsea Pre-Prep where he used to come in as external football coach. JJ has always been a favourite amongst our children. His aim has been to provide children with a positive introduction to sports in the hope that these skills encourage children to stay healthy and active throughout their lives. After so many years we finally convinced Mr JJ to become our Sports and P.E teacher at Grand West where he has already made a big impact on our children's development! Seeing the incredible impact he has had on the children's development he decided to train as a SENDCO this year to continue to support children at individual levels.

From the moment Miss Lucy walks into the room, her passion for dance and love of teaching are impossible to miss. Her enthusiasm is truly infectious, creating an atmosphere where every child feels excited to learn, move, and express themselves.
Having trained with the Royal Academy of Dance and gained her teaching qualification, Lucy brings both expertise and creativity to every class. She is passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers, helping each child build confidence, develop strong foundations, and discover a genuine love for ballet.
Lucy loves finding imaginative and engaging ways to bring ballet to life, making every lesson fun, encouraging, and full of energy. She believes children learn best when they feel supported, celebrated, and free to express themselves. Above all, she creates a warm and welcoming environment where every dancer feels valued, leaves with a smile, and grows not only in their ballet skills but in confidence too.

Lauren is one of the longest standing members of Rocket after a decade of being Deputy head and Safeguarding lead with Mr Stuart at both Kingsland and our operator, Chelsea Pre-Prep. Sharp, professional and committed to shape our practice, Miss Lauren holds a BA in Early Childhood and has trained as Designated Safeguarding Lead. Expect to see her often in the office, holding the fort if a Head is out of the office or walking around to support teachers develop and implement our curriculum and the Rocket Approach. Miss Lauren also supports our Deputy Heads overseeing Compliance (Safeguarding, Health and Safety) across all Pre-Preps.

Michelle took on the role of MD in 2025, becoming the key figure overseeing all Rocket Pre-Preps under Chelsea Pre-Prep, ensuring we maintain its outstanding reputation as early years operator as we grow. With QTS, a background in Economics and international teaching experience in Dubai, Michelle’s journey with Rocket is nothing short of iconic. She was part of the founding team at Kingsland, helped pioneer the Office Guru role alongside Chelsea Pre-Prep and, has led both Kingsland and Grand West Pre-Preps as Headteacher bringing clarity, flair, and unwavering excellence to everything she touches. Widely respected for her vision and calm leadership, Michelle works closely with Stuart and each school Office, overseeing day-to-day operations while upholding consistency and excellence across all Rocket Pre-Preps. Michelle supports each of our settings to thrive in the present while confidently shaping what’s next with a relentless commitment to every child’s flourishing and a culture of high expectations across the board.

Miss Andrea joined Rocket in 2018 after a decade in education, including being the inaugural Headteacher at two outstanding nurseries in Kensington and Fulham and teaching at independent Prep schools. Andrea holds QTS and is a specialist in the field of Early Years. As a mother of three, Andrea is also more than familiar with the 4+, 7/8+ and 11+ assessments and next schools dilemma. Miss Andrea spent five years as the Head at Chelsea Pre-Prep and is now the Executive Head at our four Rocker Pre-Preps and also supporting families as a true parenting expert. Miss Andrea is also our ECTs Mentor and Tutor.

Amy leads Rocket’s finance and HR functions across all settings under Chelsea Pre-Prep, ensuring systems run seamlessly while staying grounded in care and clarity. After years as the much-loved Office Guru at Chelsea Pre-Prep, she now supports the Rocket group overseeing Data protection and GDPR, invoicing, payroll, recruitment, and staff wellbeing. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and signature Scottish wit, Amy brings both structure and care to everything she does. She works closely with school offices and leadership teams to ensure Rocket’s operations remain consistent, people-focused, and always a step ahead.

Miss Alexia is the definition of someone who wears many hats and somehow makes every single one look effortless. In the midst of the daily whirlwind, she moves through the chaos with calm precision, keeping everything running smoothly while adding her own unmistakable flair. Her ability to juggle tasks, support the team, and still bring creativity and personality to Rocket is nothing short of impressive.

A jack of all trades, Miss Winsy guides the educational research that shapes our innovative approach, curriculum and projects at Rocket. She joined Chelsea Pre-Prep right at the start in 2009 and now merges her expertise in child development with her passion for education, innovation, and design. Miss Winsy also oversees the ongoing professional development of our teaching staff and is always on hand to support the team around the child, including families and other professionals. She also leads the Rocket Labs alongside our Curriculum & Innovation Engineers where they extend Rocket's mission through action-research, global collaborations and taking part in talks, conferences or case studies. She also support our nonprofit arm, Rocket Earth. Miss Winsy completed her undergraduate teacher training in London and holds EYTS, SENCO accreditation as well as having completed postgraduate studies in Creativity Pedagogies, Neuroscience in Early Years and Counselling Skills for Working with Children.

The creative force behind Rocket Productions, our ‘vision’ man and custodian of the Rocket Mission - to change education. With a grandfather who worked for NASA on the Apollo Missions this is to be expected! Stuart became the founder & Head of Chelsea Pre-Prep in 2009 after having taught in a range of Prep schools and countries, and was named UK’s ‘Top 5 Most Inspirational People in the Early Years sector’. Stuart has spent the past 15 years creating and designing a dynamic and forward-thinking offering to Early Years education in London and a vibrant community of like-minded parents. He oversees the Head Teachers in managing the overall operations at Rocket Productions, developing the Rocket creative universe behind the scenes and building our Rocket culture and ethos.

Miss Sophie brings a wealth of Early Years experience, warmth and positivity to her role as Head of Kingsland Pre-Prep. Having previously taught across FS and Reception she also led our Second Year team and worked across both Chelsea as Deputy Head and our sister school, Grand West, she understands the Rocket ethos inside and out.
Sophie holds EYTS and as a qualified Forest School specialist and co-creator of Rocket Camp, Sophie has always championed adventurous, hands-on learning. Alongside her many roles she also support as Curriculum & Innovation Engineer, where she supports the design of the Rocket curriculum, ensuring it remains dynamic, creative and deeply rooted in child development.
Sophie’s leadership is grounded in care, clarity and a passion for giving every child the strongest possible start. She’s a thoughtful leader, an imaginative educator, and a much-loved presence across the school. She is our all-around superstar with a knack for turning learning into an adventure!
