Miss Sophie

Head Teacher & Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Miss Sophie brings a wealth of Early Years experience, warmth and positivity to her role as Head of Kingsland Pre-Prep. Having previously led our Second Year team and worked across both Chelsea and our sister school, Grand West, she understands the Rocket ethos inside and out.
As a qualified Forest School specialist and co-creator of Rocket Camp, Sophie has always championed adventurous, hands-on learning.  Alongside her many roles she is still a Curriculum & Innovation Engineer, where she leads the design of the Rocket curriculum, ensuring it remains dynamic, creative and deeply rooted in child development.
Sophie’s leadership is grounded in care, clarity and a passion for giving every child the strongest possible start. She’s a thoughtful leader, an imaginative educator, and a much-loved presence across the school. She is our all-around superstar with a knack for turning learning into an adventure!

Miss Angharad

Office Guru

Angharad joined us in 2021 and we truly haven’t looked back. It’s safe to say she is not only the organisational queen of the building, but she also brings an incredibly creative side which she lets shine in a plethora of ways. Known affectionately by the children as Miss Harry, she has worked with some of the top brands and local events we love from The Bluebird in Chelsea to Jo Malone and The Ritz!
Her wealth of experience oozes into Kingsland, with emails flying out by the dozens whilst the office remains nothing but tranquil, filled with the scent of fresh coffee. Add to that her quick sense of humour and sunny disposition, it’s no wonder she’s such a cherished member of the team. Quite simply, Kingsland wouldn’t run without her.

Miss Yria

Head of Future Learning, Deputy Head & Safeguarding Lead

Miss Yria is our Rocket Heads of Future Learning across all our Prep-Preps. at Kingsland she is our Deputy Head and DSL. Yria is an exceptional educator with a passion for child development, slow pedagogies, and research-informed practice. Currently Deputy Head at Kingsland and now our Head of Future Learning, she plays a key role in shaping Rocket’s pedagogical approach and teaching practice. With a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, QTS, and a SENCO qualification, she brings both academic rigour and warmth to her role. Formerly our Learning Support Coordinator and a founding Rocket Engineer, she now works closely with the Global Director of Education to lead future-focused initiatives and develop Rocket’s high-quality professional development programme — ensuring our teachers remain among the most skilled and knowledgeable in the sector.

Miss Veronica

Deputy Head & Inclusive Learning & Wellbeing Coordinator

Miss Veronica is our 1st Year Deputy, Health & Safety Coordinator and Learning Support Coordinator. Veronica is our Italian powerhouse joined us three years ago from Pippa Poppins where she has been working as a qualified Early Years Educator. Teaching across London and Italy for many years while also working with parents in our own parent community, made her a true child expert.

Miss Veronica oozes professionalism and passion for the Early years, she loves reading to the children and finding out what sparks the interest for each individual child. Miss Veronica acts as the Kingsland ambassador for our 360 approach to emotional regulation, laying down the best foundations for success across the 1st year floor. We cannot wait for her creative side to come alive as she continues to teach our 1st years at KPP.

Miss Veronica is our Deputy and 1st years lead, H&S coordinator as well as our Learning Support Coordinator.

Miss Georgie

Teacher Inclusive Learning Wellbeing Coordinator

Miss Georgie is hard not to love - or to hear. Her spark and experience in both Reception classes and nursery schools made her the perfect fit as our Second year teacher. Knowing the skills that the children need when they head off to Reception is fundamental. Besides leading the phonics and maths programme at her previous role, Georgie has a secret background in drama and musical theatre and loves bringing these skills to the children. Not only this but she also worked with the extracurricular teachers in sports so she is certainly a girl who can wear many hats, a talent certainly needed as an Early Years teacher. Georgie continues to bring her artistic and creative flair to teach our 2nd years. Georgie completed her PGCE in Early Years and holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Miss Becky

Teacher

Miss Becky joined us driven by the innovative approach of Rocket in Early Years Education. Becky curated her Bachelor's Degree in Education down under in sunny Australia, where she also completed her Master's in Early Years. Teaching across the globe and in bilingual settings, landed her to find her true calling here with us at Kingsland. Dedicated to empowering young minds at Rocket, her bubbly persona made her the perfect fit. Miss Becky is a passionate and approachable educator and we cannot wait to see her in action helping our first years settle into their classrooms with ease.

Miss Brittany

Teacher

With 10 years experience working with young children and a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and a Level 3 in Early Years Education and Care, Miss Brittany is wonderfully equipped to help our first years settle happily into school life. With her kind heart and a sprinkle of magic in everything she does, Miss Brittany creates a nurturing space where little ones feel safe, curious, and excited to begin their learning journey. Her playful approach and reassuring presence help each child find their feet (and their sparkle!) in these important early days.

Teacher

Miss Entra is a brilliant educator from Greece where she curated her degree in early years and taught across the sector for many years before discovering KPP. You will quickly see how passionate Miss Entra is about child centred learning and will have your children up dancing and singing in no time. Miss Entra prides herself on the inspiring environments she creates for every child that walks through her door each morning. Witty and uplifting, we were truly amazed by her innovative creativity and passion for teaching. You will see Miss Entra teaching our first years.

Miss Erin

Teacher

Miss Erin was a very easy yes the moment we met her. Originally from the beautiful coastal city of Durban, South Africa, where she completed her Bachelor of Education in foundation phase teaching and her honours in educational psychology. Miss Erin pours heart and passion into everything she does, her infectious smile and warmth, made her the perfect fit in supporting our second years with preparing them for the expectations of Reception. Every child will feel valued and safe in her care while your children’s classroom will be transported to a magical place with her creative and adventurous flair.

Miss Farren

Teacher

Miss Farren is your modern day Miss Honey. Her approachable and bubbly nature will have your children settled with ease and her imaginative and creative ways within our Rocket approach will support your children seamlessly. Miss Farren comes from a degree studying photography in the West of England, where she discovered her true passion lies deep within education. Using her strengths and creative touch, Miss Farren fosters the curiosity and exploration of young minds through embodying the Kingsland values of being creative and imaginative every day. With her level 3, Miss Farren’s enriched experiences as a team leader and maths coordinator at her previous private setting, will have our 2nd years thriving under her experience and talent.

Miss Grace

Teacher

Miss Grace’s journey in education began at Faulkner House, where she first discovered the magic of learning as a young pupil. Years later, she returned to the very same classrooms as a teacher, bringing her story full circle. Miss Grace joins us to combine her academic excellence with the spark and magic of Rocket. Bringing with her a deep understanding of not only what lies ahead in future schooling, but how to spark a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. With Miss Grace’s gentle guidance, she nurtures our second years as they develop a love of discovery and flourish with independence. Her thoughtful and attentive approach ensures every child feels truly seen, heard, and celebrated for who they are.

Miss Kate

Teacher

After 3 years with us, the fabulous Miss Kate has gained experience supporting and teaching across both first and second years at Kingsland and has completely embraced the Rocket Approach. Miss Kate is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to supporting the individual child and getting her class ready for the big transition ‘upstairs’. Her enthusiasm and can-do attitude infuse every class with a radiant positivity and genuine kindness. Miss Kate holds her level 3 and her nurturing nature will have her found teaching our first years.

Miss Vasiliki

Teacher

Miss Vasiliki joins us with a Masters in Early Years and an array of experience within the sector teaching in private settings across Greece and London. Miss Vasiliki is passionate about celebrating each child’s successes and supporting them to be self-sufficient, key skills needed when transitioning to reception. She illustrates passion and professionalism in every aspect of her pedagogy and we cannot wait for her to bring her excellence and teaching to the 2nd year team as she gets our second years ready for ‘big school’.

Miss Vicky

Teacher

Miss Vicky is a true Rocket Veteran. Starting her career with Chelsea Pre-Prep as a teaching assistant in 2009, Miss Vicky completed her Level 3 at CPP and qualified as a teacher. She moved to Kingsland in 2018 as a senior team member. With a wealth of teaching experience and a true local to the area she is one of our biggest assets. She allows children to use their imagination and senses to explore the world and she works hard to nurture their independence, confidence and a love for books that will last a life time. As a mum herself, Vicky can empathetically support 1st year parents through the beginning of their nursery journey, laying an invaluable foundation of confidence and enjoyment in learning for her class.

Coach Troy

Head of Sports & Games

When we first met Troy we were blown away by his passion and determination to help children stay healthy and active. He is a true advocate for children's right to high quality physical education experiences at schools and has extensive experience working at schools, including as a Head Sports coach and even delivering professional development workshops for staff.
Mr Troy is our Sports and P.E teacher at Kingsland Pre-Prep for both 1st and 2nd years.

Mr Alvaro

Head of Music & Assistant Teacher

Alvaro is usually seen carrying his guitar and singing 'Hola' down our corridors. He joins us from Bilingual beats, a long standing partner of Rocket, making him well known to the children and team. With over 7 years of experience in UK education, he has worked in more than 70 schools across London, bringing a wealth of knowledge and versatility to his role. A trained magician with prestigious awards such as “Young Magician of the Year” (2017) and the Nordic Countries Close-Up Magic Award (2015), Alvaro combines creativity and innovation to make learning engaging and inspiring. His unique approach sparks curiosity and joy, creating a magical environment in every classroom.

Miss Michelle

Managing Director Rocket UK

Michelle took on the role of Managing Director of Rocket Productions UK in Summer 2025, becoming the key figure overseeing the heartbeat of all Rocket schools across the UK as we grow. With a background in Economics and international teaching experience in Dubai, Michelle’s journey with Rocket is nothing short of iconic. She was part of the founding team at Kingsland, helped pioneer the Office Guru role, and has led both Kingsland and Grand West Pre-Preps as Headteacher bringing clarity, flair, and unwavering excellence to everything she touches. Widely respected for her vision and calm leadership, Michelle works closely with Stuart and each school Office, overseeing day-to-day operations while upholding consistency and excellence across all Rocket Pre-Preps. Michelle supports each of our settings to thrive in the present while confidently shaping what’s next with a relentless commitment to every child’s flourishing and a culture of high expectations across the board.

Miss Winsy

Global Director of Education & Innovation

A jack of all trades, Miss Winsy guides the educational research that shapes our innovative approach, curriculum and projects at Rocket. She joined Chelsea Pre-Prep right at the start in 2009 and now merges her expertise in child development with her passion for education, innovation, and design. Miss Winsy also oversees the ongoing professional development of our teaching staff and is always on hand to support the team around the child, including families and other professionals. She also leads the Rocket Labs alongside our Curriculum & Innovation Engineers where they extend Rocket's mission through action-research, global collaborations and taking part in talks, conferences or case studies. She also support our nonprofit arm, Rocket Earth. Miss Winsy completed her undergraduate teacher training in London and holds EYTS, SENCO accreditation as well as having completed postgraduate studies in Creativity Pedagogies, Neuroscience in Early Years and Counselling Skills for Working with Children.

Miss Andrea

Global Leadership Director & Head of Next Schools

Miss Andrea joined Rocket in 2018 after a decade in education, including being the inaugural Headteacher at two outstanding nurseries in Kensington and Fulham and teaching at independent Prep schools. Andrea holds QTS and is a specialist in the field of Early Years. As a mother of three, Andrea is also more than familiar with the 4+, 7/8+ and 11+ assessments and next schools dilemma. Miss Andrea spent five years as the Head at Chelsea Pre-Prep and is now the Executive Head at our four Rocker Pre-Preps and also supporting families as a true parenting expert. Miss Andrea is also our ECTs Mentor and Tutor.

Miss Lauren

Deputy Director of Education & Compliance

Lauren is one of the longest standing members of Rocket after a decade of being Deputy head and Safeguarding lead with Mr Stuart at both Kingsland & Chelsea Pre-Prep. Sharp, professional and committed to shape our practice, Miss Lauren holds a BA in Early Childhood and has trained as Designated Safeguarding Lead. Expect to see her often in the office, holding the fort if a Head is out of the office or walking around to support teachers develop and implement our curriculum and the Rocket Approach. Miss Lauren also supports our Deputy Heads overseeing Compliance (Safeguarding and Health and Safety) across all Pre-Preps.

Rocket Chaos Coordinator

Miss Alexia is the definition of someone who wears many hats and somehow makes every single one look effortless. In the midst of the daily whirlwind, she moves through the chaos with calm precision, keeping everything running smoothly while adding her own unmistakable flair. Her ability to juggle tasks, support the team, and still bring creativity and personality to Rocket is nothing short of impressive.

Mr Stuart

Global CEO & Creative Director

The creative force behind Rocket Productions, our ‘vision’ man and custodian of the Rocket Mission - to change education. With a grandfather who worked for NASA on the Apollo Missions this is to be expected! Stuart became the founder & Head of Chelsea Pre-Prep in 2009 after having taught in a range of Prep schools and countries, and was named UK’s ‘Top 5 Most Inspirational People in the Early Years sector’. Stuart has spent the past 15 years creating and designing a dynamic and forward-thinking offering to Early Years education in London and a vibrant community of like-minded parents. He oversees the Head Teachers in managing the overall operations at Rocket Productions, developing the Rocket creative universe behind the scenes and building our Rocket culture and ethos.
